Carmen Carmen is our beautiful Umbrella Cockatoo. I have always wanted a big bird. My dream was a Moluccan Cockatoo, but we just fell in love with Carmen. She is just about a year old now, and as sweet as can be. Carmen talks already too. She mostly says "I love you", but who can resist that. Carmen has also added to her 'vocabulary' ... "Good morning Carmie, and I'm a pretty bird." Big birds are a lot of work, but very much worth it.
